  4. 40k! hmmm possible but all depends on the works, material and quality~ There is always a price to pay for good material, quality and workmanship. mikey
  5. Hi, your quote looks reasonable leh... maybe can get 40k maybe... anywayz your shower screen is for 2 nos right? S700 is okays la. cheap. mikey
  6. hi wowme My guess is a BTO... less than 20k... maybe 15k depending on the works you wanna do. Hope this helps. mikey
  7. Hi Jaclyn88, for 4rm BTO flat cost shld be around 20k, but it all depends on the material and also the works to be done. If you dun mind another view, i can intro my renovator. Good service i would say. Let me know. Have a smooth sailing reno~ mikey
  8. Hi Wengdave, I've got a reliable renovator with good service if you want. Just let me know. Hope you have a smooth renovation journey~ mikey
  9. Hi Shah, hmmm... do you have a rough idea on what you want for your hse? Main works for BTO are carpentry and electrical works. So shldn't cost that much like a revamp of a resale. Probably a headstart is to have an idea on what you need to reno and look for a few quotes before deciding. Hope this helps for a start. If you dun mind i can also intro my renovator to you. Good luck for your reno~ mikey
  10. Hi Amy, hack plus disposal shouldn't be more than $1k ba... But then is after removal, everything will be exposed. You planning to do anything? mikey
  11. Hmmm... It's a bad choice to pay the design fees first... Just keep in mind that the $1000 is already a sunk cost as greglhc said... Good luck with your reno, my fren. mikey
  12. Trted to leave a pm but it seems your inbox is fulled... :)

  13. Hi shorty, agreed with the forumers, just try approaching some id firms or renovator. By talking to them, you will also have a clearer view on what you want, what can or cannot be done etc. From then on will be the selection process and all. Hope this helps. I've pmed you as well. Cheers, mikey
  14. Hi polobear, As i know, for bto 5rm shld be ard 40k or less. Most of the works are actually carpentry works. The quote looks okays ba apart that some of the carpentry works seems to be on the hi side. Just a point of view. Cheers, mikey
  15. Hi konpop, hmmm 20k might be a tight budget looking at the things you wanna do... safe zone will be 30k since rooms and living hall all marble which only require polishing (not hacking and replacing tiles). Just my point of view. Cheers, mikey
  16. Hi Dee1112, Agreed with helpseeker13. The cost depends on the items you want and also the materials too. 20k shouldn't be a problem tho. Cheers, mikey
  17. Hi Esuper, pmed you. Cheers, mikey
  18. Hi od00bo, very ex leh... i suggest like the other forumers to source and compare quotes. i pmed you my renovator as well. Confirm cheaper. i can intro you my renovator if you need. Good service from him i would say. Let me know Cheers, mikey

  20. Hi goht, pmed you. Have a nice day. Cheers, mikey
  21. Hi Waynee, Hmmm... my guess... the tiles are for your living and dining... kitchen? $7400 + $950 = $8350 seems okays but can be lower. As for kitchen cabinet, top est. 20ft and btm est 13ft let's say x $100 = $3300, think can be cheaper too. Unless got special items. Solid surface may i ask how come smaller than your btm cabinet ah? if at current dimension = 17ft * lets say $80 = $1360, hmmm okays this one reasonable. Overall can be cheaper ba i guess, according to my experience. hehez Cheers, mikey
  22. Hi Chels, i think can be cheaper leh. Since you seem to be supplying much of the materials, are the tiles under you or the renovator? And also as Devilaz suggest maybe more details the better for us to *analyse* hahaz Cheers, mikey
  23. Hii Doorbell, Around 20k, shouldn't be more. Unless got special requirements. Of cuz can be cheaper and depends on what the renovator recommends you. Cheers. Mikey
  24. False ceiling will be after electrical, plumbing and aircon installation. Cuz you would want to run the pipes and cables first and hide them in the false ceiling if possible. Force ceiling comes together with any wall plastering then painting. Many of the works will move and install concurrently. Take note also on the installation of miscellanous items like glass works, showerscreens etc. , Mike
