That is a great combination between 2 different styles, and origins in one project. But im not very well at this style, i just done a bedroom at my previous company which is combine retro and classic styles. but im so sad that i din take the photos. :'(

you can lay solid surface on bay window top, or timber ledge, and deco the window bay with some cozy cushions that can let you sit beside the window and relax urself... or you can design and build a study table on window bay, also can build a bedbox on window bay. some people will do drawers on window bay also.

These are the major things we are looking at: - Overhaul of toilets (master and guest) - Carpentry work for master, guest rooms, living room - Painting of whole house tat's mean har... you maybe need to -change wall and floor tiles in both toilets, -maybe change master bath door into glass door? -maybe disposal old shower screen and install new one, -disposal old sanitary ware and install new one, -design a vanity counter with solid surface top oso and mirror lah, -water proof in both toilets... -change original bath door? and master bedroom -bedhead feature wall, -bedframe, -side table, -wardrobe, -maybe a study/or dressing table( if still has some space), -maybe a small tv console? guest room -bedhead feature wall, -bedframe -side table, -wardrobe? living room -tv console, -tv feature wall? like thats?

When I present to my client, I must propose a furniture layout plan(space planning) with color. And my senior will shows her amazing previous project photos. Im oways think about, if I were a customer, I need to visit 2-3 Id company, becos I want to compare with the price.If every company charge me a design fee, I haven start to do my reno(haven sign the contract), but I oledi spend so much money. And I think nobody dare to find a designer at the future.

the price is still same, either u go urself or u bring along designer. so dun think tat if you go urself , u will get cheaper price, you though you r clever, actually those salesman are cleverer than us.
