Hi agent96, i just optioned a 3rm at Farrer Park, the layout is exactly the same as yours! I'm in the planning stage for my renovation as well... Did you do the whole house? May I ask how much you spent and how long the renovation took? I only have 4 - 5 weeks for renovation... and a tight budget... Looking forward to receiving your reply...
