Hi guys, i heard abt the roll pineapple thingy but after reading all the topics i just know that people roll the 1st time they go in but whats the timing like for resale flats? - before reno or after reno? i was thinking since you need to hack and all during reno, makes more sense to "clear" the bad stuffz after reno and then roll the good luck (pineapple) in? can any kind souls advise?
