Hi, I'm looking to renovate my kitchen. It is a condo and I already move it so the renovation work has to be done while owner occupied. The work involved will be as follow: - hack away current kitchen cabinet and build a fresh new - add in accessories like wash basin & stove - install/replace window at kitchen area - replace item/accessories in 1 toilet near kitchen - replace 2 doors separating kitchen and store room and kitchen and living room - repaint kitchen area after work done - clear debris & haulage fee Budget is tight. Kindly please provide reasonable and itemise price based on above items and the duration of the work (need to get approval from management office before work start).
