    hi Xxiaogua, im not a contractor. but i did renov for my house 3 times in 5 years times, so im have a better understanding how this trade work or how they quote the price. you may send over to my email, i don mind helping out to see is your quote a gd catch. or u may wan my contractor who do up my house
