  1. yes! I'm going to CASE too if they do not give a good resolution! so far they are also blaming on the environment! ridiculous!
  2. The same thing happened to me when i bought a wardrobe from Vhive. White patches appear in the wardrobe (like fungus). After wiping them off, they will appear one week later. It was horrible. The patches also continued to leech on dark colored clothes and we will have to wash the clothes even though they were kept in the wardrobe. The worst thing was when we confronted the vhive salesperson about this issue, we were told that such white patches could happen to some customers while some don't. Well, what an answer and we certainly weren't expecting such kind of comment, who would want to buy a wardrobe with the probability that it might come with white patches?! Not me definitely. And the best part of the advice given by the salesperson was better to stop using the wardrobe. NICE. I buy a wardrobe from a furniture stall and told by the salesperson to stop using it. Of course, we called the office line to request for a resolution. The service over the helpline was not friendly nor helpful. We are still waiting for a resolution as of now. But I'm hoping to share my experience here so that all buyers out there can think twice about buying from VHIVE. In my opinion and first hand experience, don't even think twice. I'm not going to buy from VHIVE again.
