  1. Hi, Anyone here have a copy of user manual for Tecno TBO 630 Oven ? My reno workers threw away my oven's manual accidentally with the box. Appreciate if you hv a copy pls email to me @ sallylimsl@gmail.com And..there is another problem, the new oven door just won't open. I know it kind of idiotic for me to say. But it just won't open lor. Anyone face this problem also? Anyway the technician will be coming down next Monday to have a look on it Sally
  2. Recently I have a bad experience with X'clusive Home @ Jurong East. Order a Marble Dining Table in May 2011 and finally arranged for delivery on 3rd April 2012. So I took a Half day leave to wait for the delivery which is 4-6pm. When my dining table finally arrived, the delivery guys then found out that the metal frame was of different design with the Table legs, their logistics had make a mistake. So next day, they delivered again with the correct frame and of cos I have to take another half day leave to wait for the delivery. When the guys have assembled all the metal frames and legs, I noticed there is a missing screw in one of the legs. The China delivery guy explained to me that this is "Normal" to have missing screws. I was shock at first and though that ok..since he said tat I don't want to argue with him ..so they went on next to unwrap the main component which is the Marble Top. Two guys carried the Marble out and when they tried to lift up the marble..it suddenly broke into half..They said there was already a crack on the marble hence spilt into half. They told me they will check whether there is any stock in their warehouse and will contact me asap. But till now, nobody from X'clusive Home has yet to contact me and explain to me what is the status of my dining table. I am trying to get back my deposit base on the reasons, 1stly, I have doubts on the quality of the Marble top and 2ndly, is their Logistics. Miscommunication and also the two delivery guys look so inexperience and one even dare to told me tat missing screw is normal.
