DAY 41, WEEK 6 COMPLETED Tomorrow chemical wash(1st time). Tuesday start Painting. From WEDNESDAY -Carpentry start coming in. Thursday, Hood and hob installation. follow by: Kitchen cabinet, Island top. Windows grill, Plumber come in and do piping Installation of lights and fans... Chemical wash(2nd time) Mission completed... Should be correct

Mine only uses 1 trip during reno, they came at 11am-have a little discussion with my ID on 'route' of running the electrical point and drainage pipe(trunking). finishes at 530pm. they will leave the cable there and electrician suppose to connect to the air-con point. after the air con installed,mine id proceed to conceal the piping(false ceiling and patching) Good if ID is around to ensure no blockage when your build in cabinets coming in etc.. Painting and the rest comes later Good luck mate

5 bedrooms only, cos I ask around, a lot of frens say they seldom on the living room one, some even say only on cny.... Anyway have 4 wall fan and 2 ceiling fans for the 5 bedrooms and living room also...eleven storey also quite windy.. For the overloading part, submission of application done by gain city and electrician... already approved by HDB, pay $350 for testing and thus Andrew have to make some 'special' arrangement.

Lights we bought from Lights & Lights(Balestier). Access Balcony Leds.. WIW Led light MBR LED ceiling lights..blink blink can change between yellow or white light. from to First princess lights change to this one..inside change from energy saving to led..side got some crystals

Yes...Can see the tiler very good...For our common toilet tiling..greenish colour n semi circle type.. he really make an effort to try and 'join' them..as below..

Yah... looks well in time...Just went up and saw 1 worker doing plastering (sunday wor) Tiling(left MBR toiet) should complete by Monday.. Tomorrow(week 6)- Electricians come.follow by carpentry...so should finidh by week 7..

just to add on...I was thinking of customizing also, but the quotation come back not cheap...Then we were shopping at Marina square, went in 2 shops, can see sales going on, was teling my wife why these ppl buy from Marian square, cannot be too cheap leh... Then we come to this shop and saw they have actually what we wanted(for my 3 girls.... high L-shape side panel, with storage bed(below can put bed sheet etc...) and also side storage(put some display or sft toys) and head board(also storage)...Then plus our king size storage bed frames(all surrounded with stoage)...So al lump and buy there...can pay instalment also...
