Hi, wan enquire quotation for minor renovation. 1. Removal and installation of new rubbish bin Chute. (Do you have design to choose from?) 2. Removal and installation of Top mount Toilet flush system.( For Squad type, Do you have design to choose from?) 3. Extension of TV cable from living room to 1 Bed room. 4. Removal and installation of 1 Water heater. (I have the new water heater) 5. Installation of additional water heat in another bathe room. ( This also need re piping to the water heater and install another power supply to the water heater) 6. Installation of Ceiling fan in the living room. ( I have the ceiling fan, just don't have the ceiling mounting hook.) 7. Installation of the Ceiling fan in 1 bedroom. ( I have the ceiling fan, just don't have the ceiling mounting hook. This also include re shift the ceiling light as well.) 8. Aircon servicing for 2 room Aircon. 9. I wan to have a wall socket besde the bed, and a 2-way switch with dimer which will be located beside bed and next to entrance door. All the wiring sould be hidden in casings.
