Hi Tim, We'll be doing our renovations soon and would love some help in recommendation and costs related to system 4 inverter aircons. This is for a maisonette. The aircons will be in living room, masterbedroom and 2 other rooms. The masterbedroom is a combination of two rooms. So I guess, somewhere along these lines: Living room - 24k BTU Masterbedroom - 18k BTU 2 rooms @ - 9k BTU each many thanks!

OOh I saw that the last time I was there. It is nice! but not sure what kind of maintenance wood requires. Plus it's Ikea, so kinda skeptical on the durability. I've tons of stuff from Ikea but they're easily replaceable. Countertops are kinda tough to have to keep replacing. I'm thinking of the korean type. Can't recall what its called atm but its the one thats typically used by moms. My mom anyways. It's been 10 years, and she's upgrading the kitchen. I think its quite durable. Sigh Still on the lookout

This is a little scary. I was considering quartz but after reading your link and some research, found out that quartz has higher emissions of radiation than granite. I mean, it may be non lethal most of the time but I really don't want to take the risk. So.. what's your alternative? Oh and thanks for posting the link!
