Sorry I no facebook acc. Was looking @ x10-hk.com They got 'em crystal wall plc switches. Unfortunately, it requires a neutral wire. Any bros here got any suggestions?

Hi folks, I will be moving to a new place in a couple of months and was thinking of upgrading my home automation to plcbus. I have been using x10 for the last 8 years. Is bobby still selling plc bus? Is there some other newwer tech I should consider instead of plc? I keep hearing about this "z-wave". Seem a little ex and limited options? Btw, got a huge cache of x10 stuffs to sell cheap if anyone interested
