WOW.... Kim! You are hero!! Thanks many... Frankly, there are more than hundreds of spots like this for the whole floor. Gaps, uneven edges,holes on woods, nails on woods, gaps between skirtings, uneven vanishing, rough surface on plastering etc... I just move into my resale EM with major renovation. This is the brand new parquet flooring for the staircase up to the upper floor and 3 bedrooms. Job done by a pretty big reno firm that heavily advertised in mediacorp dramas. I was thinking that by paying alittle more to get a quality workmanship with peace of mind... but end up with a never ending 'soap opera'... The so call ID think that I am too hard to please. Yes. You need a 25L for 2 bath room. I used rheem, everhot, joven and 2 ariston. The first 2 are reliable but looks old-school..both ariston start to leak after 3 years.. joven bust after 2 years like raining...maybe I got that unit without QC check. My sister got a LA like 14 years ago and still going strong! But heard that LA no longer in market. too bad. So now I am looking around again... but need to get it by this week cos the bath room will be done soon.. Beside those brands you mentioned, I saw technogas heater too.. Most of the wall are able to drill holes on it. Switch the level above the trigger of the electric drill to drill concrete by using the drill bit for concrete wall. The RPM on this mode is slower and you need to push a little harder from time to time. Do not force too hard and you might break the drill bit.

I have been looking around for system 3 aircon and allbest offer the best price and 5 years workmanship warrenty. And I very firm that I will get the aircon from allbest, salesperson Andy when I get the key for my EM next week. I think is not the about the company policy but the skill of the work staff who install the unit. And if allbest really suck big time, they can't last so long in the market. That's what I think..
