Agree with you about Lite Fusion. We only bought 2 pcs of toilet lights and when one of them was not working, they actually send their staff down to check and replaced the transformer. For a $40 item, they even went to this extend for their service. Thumbs up for Lite Fusion (I am not at all related to this company...merely a first time customer)

Just signed contract with AireControl. 3 units fan coil plus condenser - 3 times a year at $192.60 (inclusive gst) First time trying them out - pretty ok. Used to have Cool Serve doing this maintenance for more than 7 years but recently found their service pretty poor. Kept trying to get you change this or that etc....and further more their contract much more expensive. When the AireControl guys came, I asked them to check the "gas" and I made sure I was watching them. The showed me the reading...my god, no wonder my air con was leaking and not cold. The gas level drop to less than one-third and my last servicing (3 months ago) by Cool Serve told me no problem. The only time Cool Serve tells me that my Aircon gas needs refilling is during the first servicing of each new annual contract.

Extremely disappointed with Nan Wah as they told us that the color that we wanted no stock although when we checked with them, they claimed available based on their computer record. Thus cancelled all my orders with them and went to Genova which was having Warehouse sales last week. Confirmed and paid for the whirlpool tub which we liked after they came over to my house to confirm that all water flow no issues.

Thank you. Went down to Sim Siang Choon but found them to be quite costly and also was put off by the attitude of the staff. Also went to check it out at The Heritage at Geylang. Small shop but the staff were very attentive and showed us all their brochures. Will check it out at Nan Wah tomorrow.

Did call them to voice my dissatisfaction, but the owner refused to bulge stating that they did not oversold the item and insisted that it was my mistake for accepting it. Anyway, it was a good lesson for me. Previously had decent experience with them when my son bought many items from them (air-con/fridge/washing machine/oven) without problem and pricing was very decent. The young guy serving us was fantastic with his attitude that is why I ordered from them. I do acknowledge that I must also accept some responsibilities, but thinking that our previous dealings with them they could have been a little more accommodating. Anyway, this is to voice my disappointment -
