Hi LEDguy, thank you for your comments. this is second time change of solid surface top, the result is still unfavourable, although so many complaint from me. finally he had cut hearly half of the price of such poor workmenship.... although i am not willing to accept, it is not obvoius under normal light except using tourch light, so better than wait for another low grade quality replacement, so i accept the offer..... so disappointed....... which mean this is still solid surface but at lowest grade type right?...... thanks

Any comment? what can the material be if this is NOT a solid surface? it seem like polyster base with lamination top..... is that right?

Hi All pro solid surface top lover, recently i engaged a ID to supply solid surface top for my bathroom table top, but i found some peel off and lamination effect on the "solid surface top", just wonder is it normal? how come a solid surface top looks like a lamination top? and so many "JOINT LINE" effect? would it be low grade or face solid surface top? please advise , as i am paying S$120 per foot run.... i dont think it worth so much..... so is a FAKE solid surface?

same excuse given by Elson to me that company policy of refund is one month. but one mth later he gives another excuse, boss not in, nobody sign cheque and etc. the best way is find their home address, distribute Newspaper copy and attached their photo to every neighbour at the place they stay, find their family..... if he change to new employer, find his new employer tell the story,...... lets see where can he go or work .... sure no business for the new employer, doomsday to Elson.... is anyone can get Elson seah home address or his friend or relative? and also the shareholder, directors, and employees of EHG he can run cannot hide.

am sure one day somebody will bring them to justice, as i had a friend who involve in some trading and accuse by some ppl for cheating, it was 5 years ago business dispute, and business being dissolve, he nearly forget the business dispute...... somehow the CAD still come to him and detain him when he arrived at changi airport after his trip with family, the police hand-cuff him for investigation....it was so embarrass to him, i am not sure the final judgement. i am waiting that day come , when company get more business and more ppl being con, i believe the director/ staffs will be handcuffed for investigation and detain one day, make them embarrass and their whole life will be runied. so, dont happy happy think nothing happend now, and continue con ppl, it is only the time not ripe....... god bless cheater ! i afford to lose the furniture money to buy you "cheater" wholelife.

John, pls stand out and tell the truth to all victims here and ask the company apologise to those victims in newspaper and balance pmt exempted/ free furniture to victims to pacify ppl angers. ask your co to purchase from other furniture supplier in SG and fulfil all victims request/ make full refund. your company has been giving many reasons to defer the delivery, we would not be able to tell true and false..... you cant blame the victim as your EX-company really owe us.

i was told by the sales manager, the delay usually caused by fancy customisation from customers, resulted the workmanship is not up to expectation. not sure those facing delay was caused by customisation request? for me, i just requested for delivery on end of June, all factory standard size.... lets proof will it caused delay? will post my update again .

can you pls advice how many square feet you are talking about? eg vanity for how many foot run? 6 ft? 2 ft? show screen, what is the length and height and thickness? does the vanity top is using solid surface top? any mirror? ..... it is better to show by psf or foot run for comparison purpose...

i am a bit confusing on HDB permit fee, some ID told me for renovation work hacking and tiling for bathroom and kitchen even more than 3 years old HDB, they will need to apply HDB permit, and will charge consumer permit fee range from S$200 -S$400 (dun understand why different ID different price)? but when i check to HDB, they said HDB permit is FOC. some ID even said if you need HDB endorsement then permit fee is chargeable, but it is not necessary if renovation work done by approved HDB contractor. can someone advice is it FOC or payable fee?

Hi, your quote too expensive...... pls check whether the price come with tiles/ supplies?.... seem only installation? better split the tiles cost and labour cost, because you may want to know how many tiles use, and different tiles design & quality have diff price. you may ask the ID to calculate how many tiles needed then you may place order yourelf from Hafary or soon bee huat. it comes with freee delivery and even if over-order, it can be returned and refunded. your quotes are not details enough, eg toilet, any plumbing works? re-piping? vanity with solid surface top? mirror size? wiring? shower screen dimension, thickness? you miss out so many details information. in order to avoid hidden cost,better ask for detail, what if once you signed the agreement, then they said the works exclude plumbing works? installation toilet accessories? I learnt from mistake, pls try to get more quote and compare..... at least 5 quotes!!!!

sometime i will travel to China for business trip, planning to buy 5050 LED strip (warm white) from China and handcarry back which cost me S$5 per meter, is so much cheaper than SG. i can sell to you short length to try but depend on my next trip ,you need to do some wire soldering then connect to driver. last month i bought 1 meter and the transformer to try up, so far so good, thats y i am going to buy more.... . you can customise the length by cutting it at "RGB" copper colour line , do soldering connect to Red black wire....then connect to transformer. below image

what is your decision now? , suggest do a ACRA search find out who is the Director, shareholders and auditor... find the directors home address and confront him..... as long as the company is still exist, you can drill into very bottom to find out the man behind.... even you want their financial statement? hahahaha. if the company is already liquidated but still collect money it should be consider as fraud case, it will be serious damage to the company director, the director will be personal liable, worse case can be jailed..... so we fight till the end.... no play play for Pte Ltd

Hi, as u see in the forum , i did post i just bought a fabric sofa at EXPO at S$1,799.... that is why price is reasonable to me for a 3 seater sofa with ottoman after that realise the company excellence has bad reputation, so far i still not confirm the delivery date, so not sure whether hit me or not. by the way, just to let u know there are fabric sofa which is less than S$2k...goodluck searching
