hi everyone, would like to ask if it's possible to hack kitchen floor and wall for my new flat which was built in 2010? i know that toilet wall/floor cannot be hacked as per HDB regulations, but i do not see anything mentioned for kitchen. would like to change it as the current tiles provided by HDB are very ugly. thanks!!!

hi everyone, hope to seek your advice on this. i have a new 4 room BTO HDB flat that i just collected keys to. we are not planning to get an ID to save some money, and be our own main con & coordinate.... i read on the forum that we should do hacking first, followed by cement screed and tiling. when that is finished, then do up the electrical and plumbing works? my boyfriend says that his friend told him that some electrical wires have to go under the floor (???) so we can't do up the flooring first...??? we are both lost and not sure which method is right. thanks in advance!!! hope i will get some replies haha...
