Project No. 3: Garden Set (For Balcony) After browsing through so many website and window shopping (comparing prices) for couple of month in Furniture Mall, IMM and sungei kadut, I bought this at the expo furniture show from FCC in August 2011, I suppose to get delivery in end September 2011 (according through contract), due to my past experience dealing with oversea dealer/manufacturer, I believe there going to be a delay. So on the third week, I received a call from them, as expected, shipment delay, will only arrived in Oct 2011. Truth enough, they delivered in the third week of Oct 2011 but the color of the cushion seat is wrong. So call up the office, they say will arrange another set for me, but I need to wait. Two week later, no call/ no reply, I call them. Reply was, no stock for the color I order, ask me to accept the only color they got (Beige), I rejected. Than you have to wait for the stock to come in. Finally, in Dec 2011, I got my order from the lady boss during their show in Expo, she told me (in a smiling expression), she shouldn't give me to many choice to choose, I told her, if no choice given, I also wont buy Total 2 months of waiting, but I'm still a Happy Man. The 2 cushion from the picture is not from FCC, its a gift from Mr Chew (Curtain Maker) which I will intro later. My experience of buying from FCC, if possible, deal with the lady Boss (the one with a bigger build and wearing Rolex (man's design). And please don't be civilize when talking to her, you should be able to get a better deal.

After finish my interior work, I start to sourse for my furniture. First purchases is my Dining Table We first saw this when we went to Furniture Mall and felt in love with it. Price quoted was $1598, which included Table (1400mm X 800mm), 1 bench and 2 stool (same design as the bench, only it's a single) The lenght can be amend, for additional 100mm (+/-), we need to pay extra $100. So, we have set our mind on this and start to shop for a better deal Think around August 2011, we went to Expo furniture show. Bingo, we spot this dining table again, but this time, the deal is even better, the 2 small stool has been replace with 2 chair and the price offer was $1498. Standard size was 1600mm X 800mm (with free alteration) When we are ready to purchase, we start to negotiate further, no doubt its already the cheapest (as compare to others) We still manage to get additional The company I get from is Casa Italy. No complain for purchasing from them. SE who serve me is the boss / manager, sorry I forgot his name. FYI, this dining set was manufacture or brought in by a third party locally. CASA Italy is one of their dealer.

Hi, I have furnish my Home Furnishing Project. Below is my buying experience. Project No. 1 : ID Firm I have my TV console design and built by **, ID is Alan Ong. Nice guy to deal with (will do what you have request and wont do anything extra, unlike others who tell you to add this or that) He was also the forth ID I have spoken to. During our first site appointment, He even told me (because of my space) to take away the platform which I have requested for my MB even though I have sign on the contract when we had our second meeting in his showroom. Best thing is he won't mind some project like mine (mine's a DBSS Flat) Total damage from him was below $8500 ($1000 cheaper than the lowest quote I got from, as compare to other 3 ID firm) Highest price I got was $11,800. I have also engage Mr Chew for my curtain, now waiting for him to install. For those who wish to engage his service, you need to have patience as he is a busy man, not easy to get hold of him as he won't answer call when he is busy. It take me 4 call before he answer but one thing for sure, price is very attractive :-) but not too sure about the workmanship until I got my install.
