I just received a quote from Baroque and I found it super expensive. Quoting me for a 4R package of $23 888 (when my place is a 3R) and adding on items which added up to $39 000.

I have to keep a separation between the wall and the toilet anyway, because of the pipes there, but actually I'm planning an opening so I dont have to go out of the BR to go to the toilet. Thanks for the suggestions

The purpose ? simply to go to bathroom from MBR. Actually I do intend to extend another 60cms in MBR. The shower area will not be near the door.

Hi !! Just got our keys to our similar 3R place in east coast and actually we planned on doing something quite similar to what you did with the whole structure. We want to hack between the kitchen and LR and add a door from bathroom to MB but I was also thinking of maybe hacking the wall between the LR and the 1st bedroom along the exterior corridor and wonder if this was allowed. Anyway good job with what you did, did you hire an ID or just contractor ?

Hi everyone, After dreaming for months, we finally have the keys to our 3 room flat in Marine parade. As the place looks really old we want to redo everything.
