Ok the MRB toilet entrance is leveled up now: Here a glimpse of the new entrance: A view of the MRB new toilet entrance from dining room perspective, although when completed, it would be blocked by an L-Shaped wall and walk-in wardrobe:

My MBR bathroom entrance will be shifted to accommodate a walk in wardrobe which will eat into the dining hall space which is totally acceptable for our small family... Shut up u stupid entrance, hahahaha:

Yea quite big indeed, my initial plan was for an EM or EA but the prices were ridiculous at Tampines St 12, not willing to pay so much as I intend to save up for a second property in 5 years time if property price slides abit...

Wall hacking permit took longer than we though so we started on the existing floor tiles first...

Here is a pic of the house in its original condition, not too shabby but out of style...Visited not less than 10 IDs/Contractor, finally settled on a very competitive price in my opinion...Ohh, thats my wife...
