Ok my water & gas piping problem clear,the tech from city gas was indeed pro giving me advise on how the piping run My gas heater same install in svc yard gas pipe run to stove & gas heater Tap cold water inlet at svc yard washing area to heater Lastly just tap the exsisting hot water pipe in toilet to heater will do This was the idea given to me by city gas tech Indeed no MRT system piping problem

My gas heater will be install nxt monday finally settle the case as afraid gas & water piping running like MRT system But after site survey by city gas tech he told me how the run & how to tap the cold water and run only the hot water pt to the heater.Was a relieved after hearing & straight went to sign up for Rinnai Will post pics later after install to shared with u guys

I bought FG20SV for hob as 2 burner flame its enough for my cooking I actually intend to buy FX900R for hood but the sales told me its just $30 diff Y not get FX890R its made in Japan with 3yrs warranty and comes in colour other then stainless steel So in the end took FG20SV + FX890R for $720 from IMM Hoe Kee. You guys can go check they comes in package but so far I think Hoe Kee gives the best. But if you guys looking for basins etc can go Hupffari at Jln Besar they also selling Fujioh The sales name:Angel if buy alot mayb can get a good deal
