There's actually another brand in the market "Hanstone"from korea by Hanwah corp Thickness 20mm consider mid range in price compare to caesar and silestone Heat resistant I don't think so As scratch and stain resistant u can always ask the supplier for a pcs of sample go back and try For hanstone yes scratch and stain resistant coz I have tested but out of budget in the end

question though, how did you guys choose whether to get the city gas heater or electric water heater tank? i heard that the gas heater is faster, but there is a flame, which my hubby not so keen on.. Just for your info City Gas heater have no flame don't worry and U won't c any flame Its good cheap I haved installed 1 at my home supplying 2toilets no problem at all

I think shld be ok if your area is big enough Y not make a raised platform instead of laying all flat that way I think looks nicer Anyway remem post pics to share

Well electric bill does make slight diff coz heater run on gas The electricity is use for power up the LED display and ignition so does make diff To supply 2batrm and kitchen u have to take the higher capacity C your gas heater pics soon

O sad to learn about that Hope u able to get your electrician to install for u at low cost

Well I have installed a Rinnai gas heater ita capable of supplying to bathrm and kitchen No worry on this as I have tested it Rainshower yes it can be installed it won't fail u As for pressure its ok as long as your water supply pressure is enough What's goes in must come out Do go city gas to chk it out they have technicians there to explain to u

The sink I got it from Hoe Kee @ $399 its "Blanco Metra9" Chose this over stainless steel as I dislike undermount if sealing bad water will seep thru causing wood cabinet damage,good thing is since this sink is top mount that means later if I wana change the sink I just pull it out and replace it w/o any hassle also not afraid of water seeping thru Yes its good to have a hood rather then u regret later for not installing If u r a homemaker who cooks often and do fried its best u installed it does help keeping your cook area clean and neat My hood and hob got it from Hoe Kee too when I purchase the sink all together The hood and hob comes as a package @ $720 mine is FS890R u want u get FX900R its same except mine is shorther by 10mm Thnk u for dropping by my blog Hope to c your reno pics soon
