ya.. the last payment is the most important one.. especially when u are not sure of your contracter's aftersales service... i think my contractor should be not bad when it comes to rectifying the mistakes, saw the previous customer's blog and he was satified with the way my contractor do his job.. so at least the stone on my heart not so heavy.. .. u still got alot of chips on hand... LOL

the name nice nia.. still it's Made In China..but heard from my uncle that tiles from foshan should be fine and normally wont have uneven tiles than i feel better.I dont mind if any of you all wanna come to visit and look look when the renovation is done.. but tell u all first hor... nothing fanciful in our home..never make swee swee like ur house... but i think definately will have MJ table... LOL

mayb bcoz i am a more practical guy.. haha having more trunking might be uglier... but compare to having open up the conceal trunking to add in more wires.. i prefer to have it exposed.. save the trouble and $ to hide it again next time if we were to suddenly need an additional points or need to lay more wires. but i think with the numbers of points that my wife wants... we wont really get a chance to add new points :X haha imagine we gonna put 6-7 points in our study room(or is that too little).... singaporean.. cannot blame.. we kiasu.. haha

i think still got 1 month+ before i can see my house getting it's own chemical wash.. cant wait for that day to come.. btw anyone know if there is anything that we need to take note of when they are doing chemical wash? i saw people having trouble with their laminate skirting after chemical wash, like it was peeling off. or some metal parts become corroded within a few month. should we ask them to take note of all the metal/wood part of our home?
