you can try calling any of the ISP provider and they would gladly check for you is your home fiber ready. my ISP arrange for me Opennet and explore Home installation which i think will be faster as opennet reply is quite slow.

called the HDB officer just now regarding the toilet ceiling leak issue and he said he will go down and take a look, hopefully it can be resolve easily..

it's a very minor leak i think. if you didnt look closely u wont even notice it. and there isnt any water dripping.. just water mark. we couldnt verify right now as the toilet floor's water proofing havent dry yet. anyway, dont think it's a very big issue and should be able to settled easily with HDB. thanks for the concern

i think if it's roof leaking obviously we have to get it repaired. and if it's pipe leaking, the pipe should be under town council and we might not have to pay a single cent. even if it's poor people living above us, i believe there will be a way to settle the problem. You dont have to emphasize on the human waste pipe bursting. Maybe it's not your apartment that's why u can just blabber out stuffs like that. I appreciate if you could stop adding anymore non constructive reply to make my wife worry. Thanks.

personally, i feel that it depends on the person using the sink. i believe my wife will take good care of the items in our home very well and wont be like ur Aunt's Kitchen. personal hygiene also play a very important part in this. we wont mind cleaning the kitchen more often to make it look nice and stunning since we are gonna be living in it for the next few years to come.
