actually most of the new cloth are like that. have to "season" it first than will absorb well.. haha.. but by the time season.. it's time to change a new cloth...

erm.. u have to double check with them how many years warranty does the display set have.. last time i checked, the display set which i asked only comes with 1 year warranty.. have to check properly before purchasing ba.. no harm asking them abt the warranty first, if is 3 years.. can buy. coz i bought 2 LCD monitors last time.. all spoil within 1 year of usage and they only come to replace the parts, no 1 to 1 exchange.. so for me, if it survive 1-2 year of usage... should be good enough liao.. haha

if u tell me washing machine/ fridge / other appliances which is white elephant at the store, yes. if it's tv and those which they on daily for so many hours for 10 months.. mayb no? it's up to u whether u feel that it's worth it or not.

lol.... u got take the measurements of the items u bought bo... haha.. sometimes buy liao than realise... alamak... so big.. -,-" hahah.. our bed, sofa, all like so big... i dont even know fit into the rooms liao still got space for other things or not.. haha..

erm... since you dont really sleep in air con.. i dont think there is a necessary to change it yet ba.. most prob u will turn it on only when the weather is super hot mayb 1 or 2 months in a year?? a fan should be sufficent since you are living alone.. mayb just get the air con to be serviced should be enough and you can save the $$ for other more important furnitures and electrial appliances? unless of coz if it's within your budget.

ya it's suppose to be hidden behind the door. and wont block the door stopper also. but have to wait until the door is up than can see the effect.

i shall standby plaster and paint for some DIY action if it happens to chip off... the plaster is so fragile.. nice to see but so weak.... mayb should have screed it instead of plastering.. haha

ya.. those that call you using private numbers are mostly outsourced to those telemarketing company.. i had problem with my Mio Home subscription last time too which made me end up with 2 internet account from Singtel.. eventually resolved the problem by cancelling the Mio Home after 1 month+. had to call them every few days to complain about my problem.. every call about 1/2-1hr of waiting time. wasted so much of my time as Mio TV wasn't working, phone line wasn't working, etc etc..so much trouble.. reasoned with the manager of the outsourced company until they agreed to waive off my subscription and cancellation charges for the Mio Home package. no way am i gonna pay for services which was not satifactory..

yesyes.. remember the small girl serve us that 1? have to walk up the stairs de.. the interior colour like black and red with the atas look 1... hahaha

we went there before but found the price to be quite high.. my guess is that the quality is better.. but it is not within our comfortable level..

i shall not comment much on this issue yet as i have not received the final amount for my renovation. all i can say is that, the initial quote given to us for the amount of work we are doing is indeed very cheap.(which is 1 of the reasons why we choose DeFong.)unlike other ID's which might have already factor in 40-50% profit. (depends on the ID) so i was expecting some VO as the reno proceeds. mayb our contractor might give us a good discount at the end. who knows? haha.. anyway.. i also hope i wont incurred too much additional cost to my renovation. shall write a review about DeFong after the renovation is completed to share abt my experience. Cheers~

lol.. i think the pole should be quite easi to fix up.. will pass it to the plumber to do.. and my wife was not happy about the crappy quality too.. hahaa

erm.. we are not using L-shape rod.. it's just a stretchable pole from one end to the other end as L shape will be too narrow for our toilet..
