    Hihi,

    I got a unit at Ghim Moh Link and realised i hv the same floorplan as urs. My reno is halfway through and I hv water ponding issues too as I have construct kerb on both toilets. Reported to HDB and they say will overlay our master bedroom toilet bt for our common bathroom, will be chargeable if we want them to overlay as well.btw, hav u purchase curtain/blind for ur living rm?

    Dear all, I would like to know the market price of the below items before going down to source for them. As a newbie in getting a new house, I have no idea what price is consider reasonable.     Hi, well..i would like to place my sofa away from the main entrance too but the space near the windows are too small to accomodate the length of sofa. Only the centre of the living room has enough space for sofa and tv console but it would be blocking the way. anyway, thanks for your advice.

In the meanwhile I am looking around for renovator. I have uploaded my floor plan and I think this floor plan is quite a common design nowadays.
