I found my contractor through reno talk. I've been scanning this forum even before i bought my resale flat. So when i finally bought one, got a few quotations from recommendations through this forum. Finally settled for Peter Neo from joo guan huat at trade up 21. He did such a wonderful job that i feel he deserves a write up. Gave me a very detailed quotation that i feel is reasonable.. During the course of reno, he is very patient , dependable and attentive. He is always contactable . He has good listening ears as well as giving good advice. He sticks to the deadline that i've requested. Fyi, he is not the kind of hip id . He is a contractor with many years of hands on experience on renovation. I'm pretty impress with his group of workers. Already moved into my new flat for a month and enjoying every minute of it. So thank you reno talk forum and especially fellow user frosty apple for recommending peter:)
