    Hi, new member here. I need downlights for my place. Went shopping and ended up being confused. A few questions: 1. Will it be cheaper if I install halogen lamps but put LED bulbs? 2. For a 4-room HDB flat living room, how many downlights do I need if that is not for the main lighting (which I am using floorlamp). The LED downlights will be for extra brightness. Thinking of putting alongside 3 walls. Appreciate views. Cheers
