Bro ur 3-rm layout not too much different from Makan's and mine.. just that u did ur TV console on the shorter wall of the living hall.. we did it on the longer side.. urs looks gd too lah! Gd lah u all finishing at abt the same time soon.. can visit one another for hse-warming gathering...

My built-in console is abt 40cm deep but my tv is wall mounted so I think 53cm for tv stand (if tt is wat u r doing) seems ok. Plus 放了 other things like speakers, etc shd look ok le.. If a TV console is wat u bou, it cant b too far frm the std la.. so dun worry bro!

Many ppl have advised against having cactus in the hse due to bad feng shui: 会伤和气, casue dispute, arguement, etc. in the hse.. but up to individual's preference ba! I like this! Can advise where to get, especially where there is variety to choose from? I only hv the usual orchid, evergreen, 铁树 in the hse.. mostly bou from Ikea..

Gd leh, the interior of ur wardrobes also laminated.. u requested for it at a cost, or they give it to u? Mine, like many others, only c/w the standard white lining (not even cheap laminate..)

wah ur door vendor so gd changed for u for something not due to their fault.. thumbs up! as for the gate, no need to change ba? becasue it's metal, unlike the veneer door, the dots of paints on it should be able to be cleaned off relatively easily ba? by the way, ur gate looks unfinshed (though i know cast iron gate need to have the rustic, unfinished look.. in fact mine too.. hee hee)? or dat's it?
