in fact, i'll be doing that for my yard toilet, since nobody uses it. ID said can do it, he'll overlay the hole with tiles. he said something like also sealing the area around the hole with silicone, so that anything (smell or sewerage) will not be able to leak through. he said can't totally block up the hole with concrete, cos in case downstairs neighbour got any sewage pipe problem, can still come up to check if necessary. also, when u sell the place, new owner may want to reinstate the toilet bowl, so best to leave it reversible.

am looking to reno my MBR bathroom toilet, thinking of those rustic Balinese style design. am thinking of using those above-the-vanity type of vessel sink, found something i really like over the net has anyone come across such a sink in SG? the cost of shipping for ordering online is crazy. let me know if you know where in SG sells such exotic sinks. thanks in advance. am also thinking of using those pebble-wash flooring in the shower area, but ID said not wise as the little pebbles may dislodge after a few years. any opinions on this? any suggestions for what type of flooring and wall tiles to use to give the rustic Balinese resort feel? the tiles should require minimal maintenance, and will not fade or stain or grow mildew or erode over time. please provide pics or links so that i can see. thanks in advance!
