  1. I purchased a sofa from massimono!! Will update on it promptness. Hopefully I will not néed to take a weekday off for the delivery.. Keep my finger cross!! Overall, my experience with massimono is great!! (for the time being)
  2. There is no such things as the seller refused to go. If based on the fact that the seller sell u on The condition to stay another 6 month n agreed then it is a mutual trust thingy. Eventually, thing turn ugly n u can alway call in the police to "forcefully" to remove the ex owner as the property is rightfully your now!
  3. Went down to Air Division during the weekend n got a dining table. Selective piece is having clearance sale but have to cash n carry. Not storage period. However got ourselves a regular price item and the salesperson attitude change.. Haix.. Overall, love the furniture design but not the "snobbish" eyesight of the salesperson! We love the dining table we bought and it is all that matter. Pending the delivery review!

Their director seem knowledgable and approachable but his assistant was like blurred sotong... Still comparing a few others contractor quotation!! feel free to give ur feedback!! Regards

  8. hi, Pertaining to your question. If this is the second time you are getting a HDB loan then half of your proceed will go to your new house. The HDB calculator is just a estimate gauge so it is just for your estimation.

  12. Hi CTN, After the first appointment, if the buyer are not deem to proceed with the transaction. Then the whole sale will be scrapped and the seller have to right to forfeit the 5k. Hope tis answers your question. BTW I believed you should have prepare your HLE letter before going for flat hunting coz this gave u a est budget for yaself. Cheers

  14. Love- the seller need to do a valuation report in order to sell their unit properly Some case the value rpt is almost expired so the seller have to redo it. But seller can take a risk to sell on gut feel while waiting to get their value rpt
  15. Congrates! First check with HDB whether your block is fixed with high pressure omps. If yes, then u can have two conpressor Second, a second aircon unit required a 9k BTU to service a room of 4000x 4000 Hope my research helps.

However when asking for the valuation report the agent kept saying buyer forget to pass him the money and sort.. So defered till recently then refused to pay.. This buyer is one **** **** of ********. Forgive my letter coz really piss off!! We are currently looking for the changing of first appt or else the buyer will try to eat in into my extension. I have no regret returning the 5k to them and look for a new buyer but HDB rules forbid me for doing so...

  21. Really regret selling to this couple!! They deferred the valuation payment n now refused to pay. The so called "two month" extension is being shorten to one month n still got the cheek to ask for $500/- deposit. Is there anyway to counter them? really need to invite some ghosts as freebies into the house for these cheapskate couple!! Haixxxx

Okie reduce price Liao wanna to do own valuation report. Threaten dont pay the remain 4 k if never open door for their valuator. Agree so cox they will pay for our valuation report... Now they refused to pay coz they say they will be using theirs.

  24. Hi kchin, Mine is also the square type balcony. I will be concealed my dryer in my kitchen wet area inside a cabinet. Try those condenser type or u have to make ventilation for it. I also used those salon drying stand. Hope my idea helps
  25. Coolgal- I think there is no such thing as dangerous sport. I play paintball n go for Muay Thai classes. As long as safety is taken into consideration then should be okie. Enjoy the sport.. Walking can be dangerous if u walk with your eye closed
