  1. Hi again, For your case i think you may call the management and ask the developer to recommend. The developer uses all the same imported sliding mechanism and easier to get and fix by their own people BUTTT....usually they will ask you to settle yourself by calling you own contractor.....reason being($$$$$$ in their pocket, too heavy to come LOL.....Joking lah!)
  2. Hi, You need to open a hole for fan installer to mount the fan bracket at the concrete ceiling. After which have to re-patch back false ceiling. You need 1.false ceiling guy 2.fan installer 3.a painter(or paint the ceiling yourself after re-patch back the hole) Cheers!

  8. Hi, I can say that its common because is a glossy laminate and it is BLACK in colour, the chances of seeing this problem is high compare to non-glossy type.UNLESS....the door used is make of MDF or Chip Board where the surface is smooth. There are 2 major reasons why this happened. 1.Thickness of laminate used.Laminate comes in 0.7mm-1.2mm thick and if you use a 0.7mm thick laminate its likely to have this problem. My advise is to use 1mm at least for glossy laminate. 2.The plywood used for the doors. If the surface of the plywood used is too 'ROUGH or UNEVEN' and a thin laminate is used, it will have this problem also.(very rare carpenters will sand the surface smooth before applying laminate) BTW.... nowadays the plywood came, the surface are not as smooth as like last time.Laminate quality is also not as good as before. Cheers!

  10. Don't wait.....call an electrician now to check.
  11. Usually this is cause by the levelling of the concrete mortar base.If its leveled...the cabinet should seat on it with just little or no gap at all. From the picture....this gap is too much. But from what i see from the picture..carpenter added a strip of wood underneath the cabinet(usually not). May have to take a whole picture of your kitchen cabinet to have a look
  12. No worry, this is common.......clean the internal with just water.......you may put charcoal or pandan leaf if you want (some people do it this way)......smell will go off after a week or two. Sorry...wonder how to delete a post above
  13. Go to any industrial estate....find a carpentry factory(you will see they make furniture) Tell them dimension and thickness of wood panels you need to cut, and ask for the price.
