Another benefit of using the Nippon EasyWash paint is that they have a low sheen appearance, reflecting light. So you can have these arty reflections in your house all the time.

Hi guys, after 10 years I’ve decided to give the place a new coat of paint using Nippon paint Odourless Easy Wash. The result is simply astonishing and makes the place looks brand new. Some scratches on the floor but otherwise the place is holding up well over the years.

Hi Adidaem, No powdery floor at all. The resin covers the cement floor completely like a layer of acrylic. Very easy to maintain.

Desmond of The Singapore Apartment did my flat too. Bearing in mind mine is a much smaller 4 room HDB with no walls taken down to enlarge the living room space, he employed several visual tricks to make the place look spacious. Ample lighting, clean lines and careful selection of furniture is indeed the key to achieve minimalism in small spaces. -
Cement screeding is about 2000 for whole house and two layers of resin gloss cost additional 4000.

I lugged this minimalist Muji bench back from Bangkok, it was love at first sight. It's not available here in Singapore and I bought the only showroom piece in Bangkok.
