Hi for window also must get hdb permit and approval . Ours went thru smoothly hmmm... Maybe you should check with hdb ? Could it be the flat age ?

Taichipanda is the renovation master here lol. Didn't know there's a tcm clinic over there. Will go take alook there's 4 clinic there hubby and I dislike the clinic nearest to guardian and the clinic inside q and m dental. Guess everyone got diffrent preferences . I am on my way to see the house progress today also to enjoy some gd food . Hehehe believe after moving in will gain alot of weight .

Too many good food at old airport market. One of the main reason why we want to find a homey in this area also the doctors here are very nice ( Chong clinic and the lady doctor opps ) not like the doctor in Yishun anyhow anyhow.

Your house seems pretty new not the very old type. After seeing your current floor, I never regret not even consider vinyl flooring at all cos I always heard other forumners praised about it but never seem it with own eyes about how it actually works. Other forumners install it and it actually looks like real wood! It is afterall not that durable and reminds me of flooring my grandpa HDB from the 70s. I'm sure it will look very nice after your renovation. Wish u a smooth reno...
