    I feel you mate. I having the same situation as u now. Multiple of discussions plus sending the wanted designs to my ID. Ended still back to square ONE. 1st - 4th 3D drawings almost the same. Patient hit to MAX and I decided to forgo the 2K deposit and hunt for another ID with chemistry.

    Engaged them last week for moving .... Servicing and attitude wise -very good/professional + polite. Bad point is they wore their shoes into my new unit without taking it off! Recommended. Cheers
