We have finally received our variation order invoice!! We walk through all the required items for touch up with ID and he has arranged his worker to come to my house to settle those..My ultimate concern is more on wall painting and the touch up has done over the weekend. Next, we are going to source for bar stool. Any recommendation where we can get quality and reasonably priced bar stool that match our black and white theme? Thinking to get a red bar stool instead. Any recommendations?

Thanks! Can i check how long usually it will takes for the approval of HDB permit ( renovation work incl wall hacking etc)? It is not indicated in HDB website. We are still waiting for the permit to kick start our renovation work.
