How do you rate the similarity of the actual house with my ID's 3D drawing? Somehow I feel there is something missing but I can't decide what else to get for my house... Any advice? As for my furniture, really regret getting my stuff from VanHoden.... On their delivery date (coincide with my moving in date), they only managed to send me my dining chairs and sofa pillows (grey) even though I placed my order 2 months ago... Not only that, they send me cream colour chair instead of white colour as what I ordered. So sad to see such an empty house on our moving in day especially when we will be leaving oversea for a month time.... They have lame excuses for the mistake too! They told me they are having logistic problem with my dining table as the container can't clear the custom on time. As for my sofa, they told me they FORGOT to add in the recliner in as what I ordered and need to send back to the factory again.. Not only that, they totally forgot the other items such as coffee table and carpet... As we are not at home, our friend has to receive our sofa on our behalf. This time, they managed to send mismatched additional sofa pillows (brown) even though it is stated clearly in the invoice (grey). When the dining table arrive on the third delivery, it is the wrong design! After some fact finding, we managed to find out the sales lady put in the wrong order and now we have to wait for additional two months for them to made a new set of mable table for us. As for the coffee table and the carpet, they told us it is out of stock and they are chasing the supplier for us now.. What the FXXK!!! So now, we have to wait patiently for the remaining items without confirmation that whether we will receive them... The worse thing is that we have already made full payment and we are pretty much at their mercy now...

My ID told me that according to fengshui, it is not good to have hanging lights for HDB, only suitable for landed property.. Forgot why already... Maybe you wan to ask ur 'fsm' regarding this?

Finally the house is in a move in state! So happy until can't sleep! My ID did a good job and quite happy with the final result! Of course there are still those minor touch up required but I guess we need to move in and slowly find out what defect there is Pictures day tomorrow!

Hi Casa, My ID quoted BLUM in my quotation so I guess I am paying for it... And that's why I am angry when it turn out to be something else... I guess his explaination is some mumbo-jumbo since nobody else heard of Albion and I can't find anything about it online... Currently very disappointed with my ID and really doubt that he can do handover by 5th of May... Stopping my t-blog as of now to see whether can everything be sorted out or not...

Hi Reiki, Thanks for your advice... Contacted Starhub and they told me they can arrange end of May for me... But stil need to wait for my area to be 'activated'. Well, better than OpenNet that can arrange only end of July for me....
