your time line for both cases are about the same both also 6 mths. so if you cant sell your house by then, you are really in trouble either way.. -

It was very popular in australia while i was there with the govt extensively helping owners install it. Cost savings are just a small part of the plan. I thought if we can at home help reduce dependency on fossil fuels will be nice.. We help generate power for our offices.. =) -

Erm.. maybe you can balance transfer a few banks CC? balance transfer can last 6 months and if you take those with interest, you pay back earlier lesser interest(as compared to 0% with processing fee). This can only be done if you confident of your cash flow if not you end up in a lot of debt. Interest is cheaper this way. $10k 4% interest for 6 mths is $200. but if you pay back in 2 mths then around $70 interest. also ask the bank for a better rate. again, very risky unless you have financial discipline to pay back ASAP. i dont want get people into unnecessary debt.. -

Dont have keys to the house yet.. only have some photos that were posted up by the buyer for the sale of the house.. Yea, i guess i'll be getting someone to audit? but will take it with a pinch of salt as well i guess? i mean functionality over fsm =X Things in the house should have a workflow a way of doing things that feels smooth..

I've been thinking of this, my unit is sort of east-west facing and I'm installing awning/roofing in both my balcony and recess area. Is this a feasible idea?? -
Thanks! This is in Bedok South. Erm.. the other units in the block is 146 sqm and from the floor plan another 7 sqm. so 153 i think.. not 158 so big.. heh.. Yea.. this reno is gonna be very extensive as you can see from the list..
