*start of rant* in the meanwhile, the buyers of my current place secretly applied for utilities. Got shocked when i received the SMS from PUB. at first appointment they already tried to bypass my agent and ask keys from me directly, thou it's vacant my agent advised me to wait for approval letter. told them my agent in charge they lan lan be nice to him. soon after, their letters start arriving at the mail box (which is still okay) then come the utilities shock! what the toot! my agent told them he facilitate them by opening the doors and all before the approval letter and after that he can pass them the keys for their reno. we sort of expected them to want to move in soon but doing all these behind our backs when we are still legally responsible for the place is just too much. when buy the place never say want early this early that suddenly now want to push their luck. called my agent to go at them and made them pay the S&C charges for the month. cant be let you in early nv collect rent still so gong pay random charges for you. :furious: :furious: :furious: *end of rant*
