All the costs include tiles, not very sure abt plumbing works though...I will ask him again tks for the advise! All toilet accessories not included, have to buy toilet bowl, basin, taps myself, no mirror change needed. Ps: he is not a ID, a contractor only, I got a previous quote from a ID, quote me $42k for something similar without toilet!!! Crazy!! Anyone done this kind of Reno before with cheaper pricing? Can give some comments? The toilet shower screen I also took out cos my toilet quite small so tot the shower screen will take up a lot of space So in total $27900 - $1300 - $ 1360 = $25240 I manage to bargain to $23800, but I just felt that the cost for doing up the kitchen is really ex, $10000 for a 3X3m kitchen size! Im just relocating the sink & changing the layout of the kitchen, is this the normal costs for doing up a kitchen? Hope to hear from the gurus here. Tks.

I went to jb to find Miva today, but they not open..Sian.. But went to other furniture shops(at least 10) around that area(Jalan molek) Came across this shop call WHITE HOUSE. The furniture there super stylo and designer look!!! Not ex at all!! The sales girl Jane is super friendly, ask me if I was urgent to buy or not, if not can go to the furniture fair next week to buy, can get better pricing and more free gifts!!! Solid right?? Seldom got salesperson let go of a rabbit that walks in but Jane told us to do that! Delivery is free(jane say even rm 500 product also free), levy is rm300, but for fair She say levy 50% discount!! Swee right? But only issue I see is that they are quite new in the market, ard 2 yrs only, so not very sure of their quality and reliability. Any one bought from them before? PS: after this visit , I dun see any reason to buy furniture from Singapore anymore unless u wan branded stuff or stimulate Singapore's economy!

Walau I went down with my Fren today, Almost bought a sofa set from him...now need to seriously reconsider after reading so much negative comments abt them But Elson seems like a very honest yet knowledgeable sales person to me, in fact my Fren & I thought he was the best salesman we talked to in expo!! Their sofa quality & pricing seems very reasonable too..sigh now dunno should trust them or not

My first floor is quite small(807sqft), so I'm thinking of moving the kitchen to my roof terrace(763sqft) Has anyone done this before? I'm also thinking of hacking the MBR down to have a open concept, any good IDs to recommend? Tks!!
