    Hihi Jas28, nice to meet you...

    1) actually, thr r a few method available in the mkt by different fsm..common> refer to HDB booklet to advice; differences> Based on Bazi/ Follow Flying Star method. My family fsm advices that for flat that is yet to be build, it is impossible to use Bazi to advice, coz the unit is not ready yet. Since he is in Penang and is costly for us to fly back so we engage David Tong. What he told is exactly the same as what my family fsm told us. David Tong choose the most auspicious unit by looking at in which direction the main door is facing by on the "Period of Year's Number". I think this is call the "Flying Star" method. Now is Period 8 (2004-2023) each period is a 20 yrs cycle. So for Period 8, most auspicious main door direction is North. So in our BTO, only hv 2 units with this direction, so we choose the unit with left opening for the main door. As advice by David Tong, left opening is related to wealth. We ended with the preferred unit but 3rd choice in term of level.

    2) David tong is charging S$120.

    Thanks for the detail explaination. The left opening for the main door is from the house (inside) open the main door or from outside the house open the main door?

    Now have to consider north direction main door which is not in my selection due to the center gap between the opposite 2 block.

    Just to check

    1)how he(FSM) select the block ,unit and floor which is suitable for u if the block is not completed yet.

    Does he go to yr new place to walk the ground or base on HDB booklet (which has the detail) since yr block has not completed ?

    2)How much it cost u just for the selection of block , floor and unit?

    sorry for the question cos i am in process of selecting my new house which will complete 4 year later.

    Not sure if u have gotten the set from me yet. But rest assured that everything is brand new with local warranty. Its is not display, refurbished or used set.

    I would say zero price is reasonable. I have ask him to quote a washer. The price was suprising low compare to other big shop & neighbourhood store and that include free delivery while other charge extra $30 . Of course i hope this is not a display set or a refluish set . If it is then i term it as cheat if i am not inform before purchase.

    Yes is him. Maybe my agent is already lucky enough don`t need him to audit also can .He even want to recommend me to audit my house. When i heard the price he mention. My Jaw drop almost drop.

    Hi!

    I agree with you. Couldn't resist posting after reading about Yun LZ.

    A couple of years ago my husband consulted him before opening a shop. Business wasn't thriving nor it was doing well. It went from bad to worse after opening the 2nd shop which was also audited by him.

    So just to share my personal experience.

    will be consulting another FSM, Master Dong, this 24th March. Referred by my in-laws, haven't met him before nor heard much about him but so far so good for my SIL and MIL. He doesn't sell anything to you apparently but he will refer you to shops to buy some small items which doesn't cost a lot of money. So I hope he's good!

    anyone interested I can post after my meeting with him. :)

    Do keep us update how good is he & the price he charge . By the way , my agent still find him OK . Thanks

    I like this one. would a Hoya ND 8x filter (or need to stack filter) enough for this shot with long exposure of 30s.

    I seldom post in clubsnap cos my skill can`t make it.

    I like pentax (value for money) but so far they don`t have flip LCD like Canon. Might go for Sony Alpha 65.

    Think it was mentioned elsewhere that for vinyl floor, although it is waterproof and durable, it has outgassing properties that makes it harmful for health.

    Guess will have to go back to tiles since vinly are toxic in some way. Hope technolgy can help to reduce the toxic over the years.

    Did he advice u on where to put the altar and open door ceremony(bring fruit to pray , roll pineapple into living room etc)

    why not u do an experiment. Wet a jean or shirt and leave it there then come back the next day see if it will dry. For dryer (consumpt high power) is good for raining day but normal day in SPORE is quite hot and u stay in high floor should be OK.

    Saw one article saying the crown of your head should point toward your positive direction. Meaning Head is pointing East and leg pointing west. So rather confuse on this fengsui theory.

    Never mind. How much u paid for yr Fengsui master for yr 4 or 5rm flat ? Thanks

    Then he went to individual rooms which he took out his compass to check on the facing and where our beds should face.

    He mentioned that the bed should always face East, as East is a very lucky "wang" position. and just nice that our walls are positioned in a way tha our beds have to face that direction.. Thank God! No need to hack or add things :D

    May i know is your head that is facing East or your leg is facing East ? Thanks

    hahah thanks! i lay vinyl tiles all the way in my flat and these tiles are waterproof. therfore, dun have to worry about the common problem u see in normal laminates.

    For the rest, i would have to wait till i shift to find out haha

    May i know how much u paid for laying the whole flat with vinly tile ?

    Your flat how many sq m ?
