Hi all, Hope you guys and gals can help me or give me some advice on this. Recently, signed up with an ID (2 weeks) ago. They promised to give me a 3D drawing one week later. So, I called them a week later and they say will be ready in 1 or 2 days but till now they have not get back to me. Tried calling them but never picked up my calls, SMS them to call me back but never hear from them. Although my Reno will only start late April and there is still lots of time but I think that they should at least pick up my calls and give me an answer about the drawing, after all i'd paid them a 10% deposit. I feel like backing out of the contract as I think that they are very irresponsible. Contract stated that deposit paid shall be forfeited on cancellation of order of contract and cancellation charge of 20% based on the total contract will be imposed and cancellation fees excludes all deposit paid! What should I do now? Is they anyway to get back my deposit and not let them charge me on the 20% cancellation charge?
