  1. Hi SamTheMan, We are not interested in threatening legal action for no reason. However we do take a serious view against those who make false claims. For genuine complaints we do take action to rectify as can be seen for those whose issues we have already solved. Our viewpoint is that repeated postings telling people to go to SCT or asking them to come down to our showroom or Expo booth to kick up a fuss simply does not help anyone. As per your viewpoint, this is an online forum for discussion, however we'd like to keep the conversation civilised and rational.

Hi all, caljas and hsaunnaung I believe your case has been settled long ago in a way that is favourable to you. fedup has received a cash cheque as of thusday night that Elson has personally sent up by hand to Nicholas, your husband who has already cashed out the cheque by friday. Your husband Nicholas is indeed a very nice guy. Because of his being very understanding, we would like to thank him once again. With this we believe that all customers except for Cheryl78 and andy19187(we still do not have your invoice number) all cases have been resolved. For Prodriven, it is not enough information to just say that you had a bad experience. We would require a invoice number. Please provide to us asap. In the whole of last year since April we have had 600+ customers, what we have here are a handful of customers that have been overlooked which have resulted in this thread being started. Once again we would like to let our customers know that when issues arise we are sincere in wanting to solve them. However we would like to remind our customers to come direct to us if they have any issues through the proper channels. Looking through the thread we find that there a few people such as michelletan and kohk000 who are not here to help anyone. WonderPig may I know if you are one of our customers and if yes what is your invoice number? Once again we would like to remind all contributors to this forum to make constructive posts and refrain from stirring negative sentiments which just does nothing but causes uneccesary duress to our existing customers.
  3. Hi all Thank you Albert and Shawn for your constructive criticism. I am in charge of Excellence Home Gallery IT matters such as website, social media and now forums. All the responses are from Elson, my job is simply to spellcheck and post and relay responses from here. All matters related to the business can be directed to Elson @ 96585314. If he does not pick up the call please send an sms and give your invoice number with a description of your issues. The main reason we set up an account on this forum is that we realise a few of our customers might have been overlooked for one reason or another and thus they are here to feedback their experiences. For the rest of our customers who have any issues, they can contact our sales staff directly as usual. Finally we would like to clarify once again that there were no incidences last saturday. Username michelletan did not show up nor were we contacted. We are quite confident that hers is not a genuine case.
  4. Hi all, First of all I would like to apologise to our customers who are affected by our internal logistics mix ups. We are currently in the midst of restructuring our company's logistics department. Secondly we have verified that user tajmihelich is indeed one of our staff and he has been reprimanded for his actions of making a false and irresponsible post to mislead customers. For caljas, disappointedcustomer and fedup we have contacted them regarding their issues and settled with them. Cheryl78, we know about your case and would be in contact with you by next week regarding the whole issue. As for mintty1234 and shawncck, could you please provide your invoice numbers here as we have no way of tracing your case without it. As for michelletan, please provide your invoice number too as your case is definately not settled. No refund has been agreed as you did not turn up with your friends and neither did any reporter show up. In the event that your posting is found to be false and malicious and you are not one of our customers. We would be taking legal action against you.
