Hi Andy, I need to change my living room casement windows' rivets. I have abt 4 windows panel but I have invisible grill installed. I also need quote for grill for the aircon window in master bedroom. Thanks.

This is what my FS said. 1) Get a fire stove and some charcoals. At the appointed time given, place the stove outside the main door and set the fire. Put enough charcoal to last for about an hour. Once the fire is burning, the head of the house walk over first and into the house, then proceed by the rest according to age (Eldest first). Leave the charcoal there to burn out. In about an hour, once the charcoal has burnt out, collect all the ashes and place in a red packet. Put the fire stove over the red packet in the kitchen cabinet near the kitchen stove. 2) Once step inside the house, open up all the windows, room doors. If I've indicated which window not to open during audit, leave it. 3) Switch on all the lights, TV, fans, aircon. 4) Go to the Kitchen stove and cook something to eat. 5) Pour the bag of rice and fill up rice container to the brim with a red packet below. 6)Place the mattress onto the bed frame (Only husband and wife hold the mattress, don't get others to help.) 7) If there is a fountain/ fish tank, pour water and fill it up. 8)If you can finish all these by an hour, invite friends/ relatives to come in the 2nd hour for house warming.

Have anyone seem this tiles? Linen design in 1 * 1 ft size? thanks

Hi, We need to update our current 128sqm EA with a budget of 30K. Not considering any ID since my renovation is mainly kitchen and toilet. do anyone has good carpentry workshop around that accept walk in to do the carpentry work? Like a kitchen cabinet drawer or door.

i cannot consider relaminate the surface because the water gets into the door and cause it to balloon (expand). but my cabinet inside is ok. Changing whole kitchen cabinet means ard $5K, which is alot. the previous company who do my kitchen closed down but I remember my cabinet is modular system, something like ikea. And if I just change those affected doors (only 2 doors), nobody even wants to entertain me. that's why I think of changing all doors for bottom cabinet but i do not know who do such job. This is a small job, i called a few contractors but they don't do just capentery job.

I need help to have a few recommendation company to resurface my kitchen cabinet door. everything is fine except the door is 'balloon". its expensive to change everything and i hope it to cut cost by just replacing the door. I only have about 6 doors 3 drawers face to change. Greatly appreciate.
