Itsy.... After reading ur t-blog from page 1 till now, i feel simply breathless; in good and bad ways.... Good coz ur house is simply breath-takingly beautiful... U really have great vision to put such a theme together. I like! Im the one without clear vision.. Wahaha... Thanks for sharing good lobangs regarding star living, kwerkee.com n such... Bad coz my blood has been boiling up n down regarding ur carpentry woes and relative fiasco.... Angry indeed. And to know they change company's name again... Care to share the previous name, current name and owner's name? I havent start on any reno works yet so i want to avoid possible heart pain and anguish in case i engage them. All in all, hope everything will be well for u n hubby from now onwards... Looks good... and pocket friendly.... One of the advantages of buying local is u can see, feel and touch the items before making purchases and if u happen need to do exchange or something, it wont be too much hassle.... 

Hi, based on what my parent's house did, they changed their spoilt water heater to a new one... But my parent's house is the old hdb type.. Not sure about new hdb houses though.

First of all, congrats!!! Ur new place looks nice... The kitchen looks good too... Very subtle orange colour peek out from the whitness of the kitchen cabinets... Wow!! A pool table indeed! Im sure that'll be the talking point/focal point everytime ur guests come around. Have fun entertaining...

Although im yet to install me sink( plan to start reno after CNY next year.. Wahaha) but im seriously pleased with the sink i've ordered. All thanks to kim76 reno t-blog which made me went 'wow' when i first saw the sink pics in his blog. It is solid and i simply like the way it looks.(23" square sink for me). In the end, it's own personal preference... My friends shook their head when they knew i ordered a sink that cost more than 500+. But i couldnt care less. im paying for the quality...

Appreciate the contact...  i will be contacting him real soon... As soon as my hubby is free...( he's on in camp training for 6 mths and his weekends are always for R&R) That soon will be some time in oct and maybe, maybe if all goes well, will want to commence after cny.. Wish me luck ya... While waiting, im looking forward for ur reno completion.. 

Did u draw up ur kitchen drawing? Pretty nice... Im still not able to design my ideal kitchen cabinets... but ideas are swarming inside my head... Hope u'll have a smooth reno journey..

Wow...! The caesarstone samples are really nice... Where do u source it from? What makes u choose caesarstone instead of silestone? The prices between two doesnt differ much, do they?

Im sorry to know that the kraus sink u received wasnt well made... seeing the pictures u posted pains my heart. That's the risk we all take when ordering online, cant touch, want to return will be hassle too... Hope u'll find better sink that fits ur needs. Not sure if rubine is good, or reginox sink.. Maybe can check those two brands too.
