What i about this flat of ours. The shelter near the entrance The two stooopid pipes at both sides of the svc yard :furious: Finding a washer that doesnt protudes much( it's depth) was a challenge to me. Those that i like seems too big n protuding for my svc yard...

What i like about this unit of ours... Kitchen Kinda spacious, u think? The wall tiles, although the colour kinda CMI, i like the 'pattern' though. Maybe im just weird that way.... 

Teeny, tiny flat... 90m2( internal)... But seriously, i felt that it was smaller than that... A little background: Applied this BTO in Feb,2009,got sort of good queue number, got keys end May 2012. From ground zero to newly eracted flats,the wait sure feels long...

As the tradition here( im not known to break traditions.. Or so i am told), the floor plan...
