yes, frm da beginning she alaways say im a nice n understang customer. i paid as da dad barged 1 nite n started to shout. my aged dad n i were shocked. he add additional charges like sayg da wardrobe measurement was taken wrongly n additional cost needed. i paid dat as well. he kept telling its only minor jobs not done. but i really trusted her...its not easy savg my money, takg care of my parents n my son. i asked for soft closure drawer n did not gt dat...instead it was a drawer which need to be pushed all da way no rollers

im juz furious. she knws im handlying everythg single handedly. she shd answer my call. i paid wat was quoted n nw everyone askg why i paid b4 all da jobs were completed. she kept postponing my jobs. its a sliding door n a cabinet to hide my DB box. da cracks on da walls are found almost everywhere. she promised to rectify all these. n nw she has left n dad is toking on behalf of her. im frustrated as i wana knw why she is not answering my call. da dad used sand paper to remove scratch marks on my homogeneous tiles....causing more damage n nw refuse to rectify.

after scoutg for a gd price contractor, found 1. it was a young lady. im a single parent n saved all my hard earned money for my dream house. she promised to finish within 2 months..but after makg da full payment n holdg back 1k, she refused to answer my call. she promised she will rectify her poor wrkmanship n da unfinished wrk after chinese new year. im devastated as she just left like dat. she did the chemical wash herself n ended scratchig my homogeneuos. i realised she was new n was wrkg for her dad's company. towards da end, she came wz her dad to shw him da scratches. da dad used a sand paper on the scratches to remove but ended a big patch of scratches when i showed da poor wrkmanship, he kept telling these are minor n will rectify. i cldnt take it wen he kept repeatg its minor. told him tis is my dream house n to stp sayg minor. after chinese new year, called da lady. she didnt pick up till today. da dad sent me a sms statg ' find another contractir, as yr standard very high' . i was shocked. i told him ive paid n only owe 1k. he told me to give da 1 k. i told him fine , doing an exchange of agreement first. was amazed at his reply. he told me he wud take the 1 k first n give da written next day.hmmm. i asked him does his warranty valids..he told me no. he told me da daughter charged me a lost cost n he dosent wana do anythg. im furious as my hard earned money has been cheated n i dun wana let him get away. agreement has been signed. he keep askg me to take another carpenter when everythg is duly signed by his daughter. very upset. will upload da pics of the poor wrkmanship. yes , painting was done by a malaysian who paints after 6pm wz juz 1 small light.

I engaged this Homemaster renovation company for my 4 room hdb flat. afetr scouting a few companies, i chose this homemaster becos a better quotation was given. The lady told me she is not an interior designer and that was why she was charging me a less price. I told her i have my own designs. She was to finsih my reno in 2 months time. My reno was started in nov and till today its not completed. Her men always came after 3 and worked after 6pm. She used a malaysian to do my painting. She didnt know her work and after few weeks i find alot of flaws and she told me dat was her dad's company and she is learning. So i didnt mind as everyone tends to make mistakes. Umpteen times, i told her this is my dream house and everysingle penny was my hard earned money as I was a single parent. After 2 mobths, cabinets were still not up till my dad stepped into the picture and she rushed all the work, all were unsatisfactory job. I asked her for soft closure fo my drawers and she didnt provide it. watever, she promised were not done. She used the code as " I verbally said what". I was furioused. She did chemical wash on her own using a pail n mop. Dat caused scrathces, told her about it. She brought her dad to my place. Da dad saw the scarthches and immediately used a sand paper on a homogeneous tile. I told the dad to stop it, he said it will work, resulted in a bigger patch of scraches. Plastering was not properly done. I was very upset as this was my dream house. Painting was also not done well as the painter always came in the night. One day, the dad popped into my house and demanded for the full payment as the whole reno was done. I told him there were some balance work not finshed. He told me that major works hve been done. My freinds and reatives advised me not to but trusting the lady i gave all the money holding 1 k. I paid a total of 38k. Therafter, I showed her dad and the lady the flaws and the unfnished work and the cracks all over my house. The dad promised me, he will rectify the problems. After chinese new year, I tried calling the lady but she refused to answer my all call till today. The dad send me a message, stating "to avoid dispute, please find another carpenter, as my standard was high'. I called him and said the money was paid for the carpentry work and he got to finish the job as promised. He told me i still owe him 1k. I told him fine i will pay the 1k and he shd give me a handwritten letter stating that all the job shd be done. I was taken back as what he said. He said he will collect the 1k today and tomorrow will give the written letter. This showed clearly he wanted to run away the 1 k. I told him what about the warranty. He told me he wont come and do anything as the daughter quoted me a low price for doing up my house and the warranty dosent stand. I was shocked as I trusted the daughter so much and paid the amount. Till today, the daughter has not answer my call and the dad refused to turn u to rectify my problems. I am so upset as all these were my hard earned money and the first thing i told this lady was " this is mydream house, please do a good job'. I will never recommend this company to anyone. When I begged the dad to come back as ive paid the money, he told me "if u want take a lawyer and sue me, i have my lawyer". i was heartbroken as how cruel can he be. I dont know how to post the pictures here. Can anyone help me so i can dwnload the poor workmanship pictures. He kept asking me to take a lawyer and sue., he also told me the daughter has resigned from his company. Till to this second, i cant believe people will go all the way out to cheat people's hard earned money.
