The sofa i got is at $1299 (w/o gst yet), and yes... its at a promotional price as its a display piece. If you do not mind display piece, you might see some good deals there as they are having a reno sale. For me im fine with a display piece as long there are no defects.

hi ayazumi, Nope i got them from OM at Joo Seng. Initially went to Comfort Design yesterday but didn't get anything from there as they do not have much sofa range. The sofas they have there are mainly modular in design which my wife doesn't like...so bo pian ..just have a look at their range of chairs there. I was aiming at the Smile Chair for so long but Comfort Design is selling at 600+ after gst .. After that went to Lush Lush and Silver river, but didnt see much things there as well. Lushlush too expensive, and Silver river got no feel. But chanced upon OM at Joo Seng, so decided to go up have a look. Turns out that the long walk for the Tai Seng MRT was a fruitful one! and managed to get those items as above. The Smile chair was only at $500 and the workmanship seems better than the Comfort one. So in the end spend $2.3k...

Hi pinkwhale, Its about 2.5m which i think it is fine based on the floorplan measurement. The tv will be placed infront of sofa along the width of the living room. Hopefully can upload the furnished floorplan when my contracter has complete the 3D design
