hi, Basically its as below: - Homogenous tile for living/dining - parquet flooring for all bedrooms - raised platform for MBR - 25ft (totalling up and down) for kitchen cabinet - 17ft granite top - Wall feature with TV console - 4ft shoe cabinet - 6.5ft MBR wadrobe & 5ft 2nd room wardrobe We also did not do much for toilet except for a glass shower screen. Also, we did not do any hacking..

haiz bad news... My telephone point is not shifted to the tv console area. My contractor claimns that when he asked i said no need... I also can't remember actually ...so now bo pian..gotta see how to shift the tel point...but of course the trunking will be seen... sad sad

Hihi, Its going fine and shd b done by this thursday. Furnitures coming in on fri onwards. I think it could be still possible...for wardrobe 1 ft is ard $200. So you need to go for those normal open/closed type instead of sliding to save cost. Kitchen is about $100 per ft so in order to save on budget, maybe you can just do low kitchen cabinet. No need to do top cabinet. As for kitchen top, go for those normal acrylic kind. The vanity top maybe jus 500 - 600 bucks...so no issue.. Jus take note that sometimes when they do quotation, the installation and wiring is not taken into account yet, ask them for it coz this amt can be quite substatial as well... Best of luck
