No wonder u so fast got ur key. For those who have apply for AHG, the waiting time for AHG is at least one month. Once u receive ur AHG letter, u get ur 2nd appointment date very soon. This is what the sales officer told me.

I have my HLE when i went down for selection but the loan amount is not enough for the flat as they only base on my income cos my hubby is a work permit holder, so his income cannot be included. I still go ahead to select the flat and write in to appeal. Appeal was approved on 19 Dec. Receive AHG on 26 Jan and on 1 feb i received letter on signing agreement and key collection.

Its less than 3 month from my first appointment. My first appointment was on 22 Nov.

I selected yishun area and will be collecting keys on 7 Feb
