Hi there, Was wondering if anyone went through similar 'ordeal' and what was the outcome? I'm currently going through similar situation. Bought an EC under the Fiance/Fiancee scheme and have settled the initial 20% downpayment. Took 30k CPF grant as well. Now that the relationship didn't work out, we are in the midst of revoking our purchase. Anyone appealed to MP and managed to pay a lighter 'penalty'?
